1. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale’s decision in relation to the selection of the prize winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Entries are only valid with the purchase of a STIGA machine (excluding spare parts, accessories, or consumables) either through the official website (www.stiga.ie) between now and June 30th, or from the STIGA Ireland stand at the Bord Bia Bloom Festival. Purchases of spare parts, accessories, or non-machine items do not qualify for entry into the competition.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale will be final.
4. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale competitions are not open to staff of STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale, their immediate family members, or associated companies.
5. Unless otherwise stated, competition entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to request written proof of age of any competition winner.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.
7. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s).
8. In the event that the prize winner's lawn area exceeds that of the maximum coverage area of the A300 robot model, they may choose to apply the retail value of the A300 robot lawn mower towards the purchase of a larger lawn mower. However, the winner will be responsible for paying any balance required to cover the difference in price between the prize and the upgraded model.
9. If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable, STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
10. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
11. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible the winner(s) will be notified of a delay.
12. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes are subject to availability.
13. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner’s name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale may require.
14. All competition entries must be received by STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale in the required format before the advertised closing date. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
15. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale accept no responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense, or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale competition or any of the prizes rewarded.
16. STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
17. Prizes not claimed within 14 days of the closure of the competition will be deemed to have been forfeited and STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner.
18. Participation in STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
19. Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
20. Winner(s) will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by STIGA Ireland / Doyle’s Wholesale.
21. Winner(s) will be notified by direct message, phone call, email, or any other method of communication (depending on contact details received by STIGA Ireland / Doyle's Wholesale from the winner), by a representative of STIGA Ireland / Doyle's Wholesale within a reasonable time of the competition closure deadline.
22. Closing date for this competition is 11:59pm on June 30th 2025. After this specified date / time, no further entries will be permitted.
23. STIGA Ireland / Doyle's Wholesale will keep prize winner(s) personal details for a reasonable time for the purpose of delivering the prize only.
